Mother's Rolls
Mother'S Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. yeast, 1 c. sugar, 1 slightly beaten egg, 3/4 c. crisco oil and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix yeast in warm water.
Stir well.
Add sugar; mix.
Add egg; mix.
Add salt; mix.
Add oil; stir well.
Gradually add 1 cup of flour at a time until right consistency (you can handle the dough without it sticking to your fingers).
Place dough in large bowl and let rise at least 1 hour in a warm place (be sure to cover with a towel).
Punch down.
Make rolls by pinching off small amount, flattening, folding in half.
Place on cookie sheet. Let rise (about 1 hour).
Bake at 350Β° for about 12 minutes or until lightly brown.
