Mother's Applesauce Cake
Mother'S Applesauce Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, 1 3/4 c. flour, sifted and 1 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Using mixer, cream together butter, sugar and egg.
On wax paper, sift together flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.
In a bowl, put raisins and nuts.
Sprinkle with a small amount of flour. Heat applesauce to lukewarm in microwave.
Combine creamed butter mixture, flour mixture and applesauce.
Mix well. Stir in nuts and raisins.
Bake in tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
