Mostaccioli
Mostaccioli is an moderately easy dinner. Made with mostaccioli noodles, 2 lb. ground chuck, 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste, 2 cans water and 1 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Bring a 3-quart saucepan full of water to a boil.
Add mostaccioli noodles and simmer until tender.
Drain and set aside. Brown ground chuck in a skillet and drain off any grease.
In a large saucepan, add tomato paste, water, sugar, salt, pepper, oregano and basil.
Heat and simmer.
Add browned meat mixture. Simmer the tomato-meat mixture for at least 1/2 hour.
Next, add noodles and serve with Parmesan cheese and buttered garlic bread.
