Most Moist Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 3 large, very ripe bananas, 1 beaten egg, 1 1/2 c. flour and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix very well in a large bowl the sugar, mashed bananas and beaten egg.
Sift and mix in the dry ingredients.
Add melted butter, vanilla and nuts.
Mix very well.
Bake in a greased pan for 45 to 50 minutes at 350Β°.
Don't cover until completely cooled.
Refrigerate or freeze.
