Morning Glory Muffins
Morning Glory Muffins is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 4 tsp. baking soda, 3 tsp. cinnamon and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt together in large bowl.
Stir in apples, raisins, pecans, coconut and carrots. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, oil and vanilla.
Add to other mixture, stirring until just combined.
Spoon into muffin tins filling 2/3 full.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 35 minutes until golden brown.
Cool in tins on rack for a few minutes before removing and cooling completely on rack.
Makes 4 dozen.
