Monkey Bread
Monkey Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. milk, 1 c. butter, melted, 4 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt and 1 pkg. dry yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine milk, 1/2 cup of butter, sugar and salt in saucepan. Heat until butter is melted.
Stir in yeast until dissolved.
Place flour in a large bowl.
Make a well in flour and pour in liquid.
Stir until blended.
Cover and let rise until doubled in bulk (1 1/2 hours).
Turn dough out onto a floured surface.
Roll 1/2 inch thick; cut into 3-inch squares.
Dip each square in remaining butter and layer in tube or Bundt pan; let rise 3/4 hour.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
