Dissolve yeast in warm water.

Add sugar, salt, boiling water and shortening; let cool.

Add eggs and flour; mix well.

Knead and roll out 1/4 to 1/3-inch thick.

Cut into dumpling size.

Dip each piece into the melted butter.

Distribute in 2 Bundt pans and let rise until double in size.

Bake at 350Β° for 30 or 40 minutes. Dump out and wrap in foil paper.

Eat with honey while hot.

This recipe may be cut in half if only one loaf is desired.
