Monkey Bread
Monkey Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 1/4 c. water, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 egg, beaten and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup water and 1 teaspoon sugar; set aside.
Beat egg.
Add 1/2 cup sugar, vegetable oil and salt.
Add yeast and 1 cup warm water.
Add flour until stiff dough (4 to 5 cups).
Pour onto floured board.
Knead until firm, 5 minutes. (This adds about 1 cup flour.) Turn into a greased bowl. Refrigerate overnight, covered with clear plastic wrap.
