Monkey Bread

In large bowl, dissolve yeast in cooled, scalded milk.
Stir in sugar, salt, butter and flour.
Beat well.
Cover and let rise in warm place until almost double in bulk.
Punch down; roll out on a lightly floured board to 1/4-inch thickness.
Cut into diamond shaped pieces, 2 1/2-inches long.
Dip in melted butter and arrange in 9-inch ring mold pan.
Pan should be about 1/2 full.
Let rise again until almost double in bulk.
Bake in moderate (350Β°) oven until golden brown.
