Monkey Bread
Monkey Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. lukewarm milk, 1 pkg. dry yeast, 4 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. oleo, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve yeast in milk.
Stir in sugar, salt, oleo and flour. Beat well.
Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled (about 1 hour).
Punch dough down and roll out to 1/4-inch thick.
Cut in diamonds about 2 1/2-inches long.
Dip each piece in melted oleo and arrange in layers in a tube pan.
Let rise until doubled.
Bake at 400Β° for 30 minutes.
Tear off pieces instead of cutting.
