Monkey Bread
Monkey Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 4 tubes buttermilk biscuits, 3/4 c. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cut each biscuit in each tube into 4 or more pieces.
Roll in the sugar and cinnamon.
In a lightly greased deep pan, lay the pieces of biscuit.
Put in the biscuits close together.
Level on top.
Mix the second 3/4 cup sugar, cinnamon and butter and heat these ingredients to a boiling point.
Pour over the biscuits slowly, letting the syrup sink down.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 50 minutes.
Cool a bit, then turn out on a platter-upside down.
Do not cut or slice.
Serve to guests who wil use their fingers to pull off individual pieces.
Leftovers can be reheated in foil.
