Moma's Beef Stew
Moma'S Beef Stew is an easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. cut stew meat, 5-6 potatoes, peeled and cut into large cubes, 5-6 carrots, peeled and cut in slices and 1 large onion cut in chunks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Roll meat in mix of flour, salt, and pepper until coated and brown in vegetable oil.
In regular size pressure cooker, put browned meat (I use my rack so it doesn't scorch).
Add potatoes, carrots, and onions.
Then, add salt and pepper.
Pour 1 c. water over vegetables.
Cook at 15 lb. pressure for 30 minutes.
Moma always served this with corn bread and cole slaw.
