Mom's Stroganoff
Mom'S Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. noodles, 6 c. v-8 juice, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1 c. sour cream (1/2 pt.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute beef and onion; drain.
Put beef and onion in large pot. Place uncooked noodles on top.
Mix all remaining ingredients. Pour over noodles and meat; do not stir! Bring to a slow boil, then reduce heat.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until the noodles are tender.
Serve with Parmesan cheese.
Serves 10 to 12.
