Mom'S Sour Cream Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. diced, cooked potatoes, 1/4 c. chopped green onions and tops, 1 tsp. celery seed, 1/2 tsp. pepper and 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bath potatoes in Italian dressing.
Refrigerate overnight or a couple of hours.
Combine potatoes, onions, celery seed, salt and pepper; toss lightly.
Add celery and eggs.
Mix sour cream, mayo, vinegar and mustard; mix well.
Pour over potatoes and toss lightly.
Chill.
