Mix cake mix and 1 package pistachio pudding.
Put aside in bowl.
Mix eggs and club soda.
Then mix both together until blended.
Beat with mixer 4 minutes on medium speed.
Grease and flour pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
Cool and frost. Sprinkle either coconut or crushed nuts or cherries, if desired, although not necessary.
