Mom's Pistachio Cake
Mom'S Pistachio Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box white cake mix, 2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix, 1 c. oil, 1/2 c. chopped nuts and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix cake mix and 1 package pistachio pudding.
Put aside in bowl.
Mix eggs and club soda.
Then mix both together until blended.
Beat with mixer 4 minutes on medium speed.
Grease and flour pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
Cool and frost. Sprinkle either coconut or crushed nuts or cherries, if desired, although not necessary.
