Mom'S Pie Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 2 2/3 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 c. shortening or 3/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. lard and 7 to 8 tbsp. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Measure flour and salt into bowl.
Cut in shortening thoroughly with fork.
Sprinkle in water, 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing until all flour is moistened and dough almost cleans side of bowl. (One or two teaspoons more water can be added, if needed.)
