Mom's Peach Marmalade
Mom'S Peach Marmalade is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 8 minutes. Made with large peaches (3 lb.), c. sugar, bottle liquid pectin, c. lemon juice and . butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Wash, peel and pit peaches.
Put through food chopper, using a fine blade.
Place in saucepan with lemon juice, sugar and butter. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Stir in pectin and marmalade.
Let cool, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Pour into hot jars and seal.
Makes 5 pints.
