Mom's Peach Marmalade
Mom'S Peach Marmalade is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 large peaches (3 lb.), 7 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 bottle liquid pectin, 1/4 c. lemon juice and 1/2 tsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Wash, peel and pit peaches.
Put through food chopper, using a fine blade.
Place in saucepan with lemon juice, sugar and butter. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Stir in pectin and marmalade.
Let cool, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Pour into hot jars and seal.
Makes 5 pints.
