Mom's Meat Loaf
Mom'S Meat Loaf is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. tomato sauce, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 1 tbsp. white vinegar, 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine the first 6 ingredients with salt in saucepan, mixing well.
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Combine ground beef with half the tomato sauce mixture and remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Shape into loaf shape and place in loaf baking pan. Pour remaining tomato sauce mixture over meat loaf.
Place 2 strips of bacon over the top.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
