Mom'S Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef, 1 can vegetable soup, 1 egg, 1/2 c. ketchup and 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. salt (according to taste), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

If too dry, add more ketchup.
If too moist, add more oats.
