Mom's Italian Zucchini
Mom'S Italian Zucchini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 7 small zucchini, 1 onion, sliced, 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Slice zucchini thinly.
Place a layer of zucchini in a shallow baking dish.
Cover with 1/3 of the onion, 1/3 of the cheese, sprinkle with salt and oregano.
Make 3 layers.
Pour tomato sauce over the vegetables.
Bake 45 minutes, covered with foil.
Remove the foil; sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and bake 10 minutes longer.
