Mom's Italian Chicken Soup
Mom'S Italian Chicken Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 c. water, 5 to 6 chicken bouillon cubes, 3 to 4 chicken breasts, 1 (35 oz.) can crushed tomatoes and 3 to 4 stalks celery, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Bring water and bouillon cubes to boil for 10 minutes.
Lower temperature.
Add chicken, onion, celery, tomatoes and spices; cook over low-medium heat for 2 to 3 hours.
Remove chicken from soup; remove all meat from bones.
Return chicken to soup.
Boil macaroni until done.
Spoon orzo and soup into bowls.
