Mom's Biscuits
Mom'S Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. self-rising flour, 3/4 c. milk and 1/4 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a bowl, combine flour and oil well.
Make a well in the center and add milk.
Gradually stir flour in from sides until smooth and all flour is mixed in.
Turn onto floured board and add flour in as you knead until dough is soft and smooth (not sticky). Roll out into a 1/2-inch thickness; cut with a sharp knife or biscuit cutter and place on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 400Β° for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
Serves 6.
