Molly's Strawberry Bread
Molly'S Strawberry Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Place sifted ingredients in a large bowl and make a well in center.
Place strawberries (with juice), eggs, oil and pecans in well; stir until ingredients are moistened.
Bake in greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Test after 1 hour.
Cool in pan 30 minutes before turning onto rack.
Bread freezes well.
