Molded Waldorf Salad
Molded Waldorf Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 1/2 c. cold water, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. apple juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in small saucepan.
Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, salt and juices until sugar dissolves.
Chill until thickened and very syrupy.
Fold in apples, celery and walnuts.
Turn into 1 quart mold and chill until firm.
Unmold on greens and serve with mayonnaise.
