Molded Cranberry Salad
Molded Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry jell-o, 1 c. boiling water, 1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce, 1/2 c. diced celery and 1/4 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water; chill until thickened.
Add celery, nuts and sauce, which has been broken into pieces.
Fold in sour cream.
Pour into 1-quart mold.
Chill until firm, several hours or overnight.
Unmold when needed.
