Molded Cranberry-Cabbage Salad
Molded Cranberry-Cabbage Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. or 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) raspberry flavor gelatin, 2 c. boiling water, 1 1/2 c. cold water, 2 tbsp. sugar and 2 tbsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In medium bowl, stir gelatin and boiling water until gelatin is dissolved.
Stir in cold water, sugar and vinegar.
Chill 1 hour or until consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
Fold in cabbage, cranberries and nuts.
Pour into 8-cup mold.
Cover and chill 3 to 4 hours or until firm.
Unmold on leaves.
Makes 6 servings.
