Molded Chicken Salad
Molded Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jell-o, 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 1/3 c. cold water, 2 tbsp. vinegar and 1 tsp. onion salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Prepare the Jell-O with water, including the vinegar and onion salt.
Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and sour cream.
Pour Jell-O mixture slowly into mayonnaise mix.
Chill until it begins to set, then add remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate in 7 3/4 x 12-inch or 9 x 13-inch pan.
Serves 12.
