Molded Beet Salad
Molded Beet Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can beets, chopped fine, 1 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin, 1 tbsp. horseradish, 1/4 c. sugar and 1/4 c. wine vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Drain beets; save juice.
Measure juice and add enough water to make 1 1/2 cups liquid.
Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
Add gelatin, sugar, vinegar and horseradish.
Stir until gelatin and sugar are dissolved.
Add beets.
Pour into mold or 8-inch square pan and refrigerate until firm.
Serve over lettuce to which mayonnaise and red wine vinegar has been added to taste.
