Molasses Curried Fruit
Molasses Curried Fruit is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) can cling peach halves, 1 (1 lb.) can pear halves, 1 (1 lb.) can whole apricots, 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple slices and 1/2 c. unsulphured molasses, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain syrup from fruit into saucepan.
Bring to a boil; boil rapidly until reduced to 3/4 cup.
Add molasses, vinegar, stick of cinnamon and curry powder.
Add drained fruit; simmer 5 minutes.
Garnish with cherries.
Serve hot or cold.
