Molasses Cookies
Molasses Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. all-purpose flour, sifted, 2 tsp. baking soda, 2 tsp. ginger, 1 tsp. salt and 3/4 c. molasses, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Sift flour once; measure.
Add baking soda, ginger and salt and sift together 3 times.
Add butter and stir until blended.
Add flour and blend well.
Turn onto floured board.
Roll 1/8-inch thick.
Cut with large scalloped cutter.
Place on ungreased baking sheet and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 425Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes 2 dozen cookies.
