Molasses Cookies
Molasses Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. shortening, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, 1/4 c. molasses and 2 c. sifted flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add unbeaten egg and molasses; beat until smooth.
Add flour, spices and baking soda to the creamed mixture; mix well.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets.
Lightly press each cookie with the bottom of a glass that has been dipped in sugar.
Bake at 375Β° for approximately 10 minutes.
Watch closely.
