Moist Pound Cake
Moist Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. plain flour, 5 eggs, 1 c. milk, 2 3/4 c. sugar and 2 sticks (6 oz.) whipped margarine (i use chiffon), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream together margarine, oil and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add flour and milk alternately, beginning and ending with flour.
Stir in vanilla. Reserve 1/2 cup batter for icing.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300Β° in lightly greased and floured tube pan.
