Sift dry ingredients.
Melt in saucepan: Baker's chocolate, butter, hot water and vanilla.
Add eggs and 1/2 cup dry mix, then combine all of the ingredients together.
Bake in 2 greased 9-inch pans for 35 to 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Frost as desired. Cool Whip works well on this cake.
