Mock Crab Cakes
Mock Crab Cakes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. grated zucchini, 1 egg, 1 c. italian seasoned bread crumbs, 1 tsp. old bay seasoning and 1 tbsp. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix all ingredients together, then make patties 4 x 1/2-inch. Brown in Teflon frypan.
Serve with cocktail sauce.
Easiest to handle on piece of wax paper.
Can freeze on a cookie sheet and store in large Tupperware container.
