Mock Angel Food Cake
Mock Angel Food Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 4 c. sugar, 4 tsp. baking powder, 3 c. milk, boiled and 4 egg whites, beaten stiff, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Sift flour, sugar and baking powder four times.
Add boiled milk.
Mix well.
Add egg whites and vanilla.
Mix well.
Pour into layer pans.
Makes three thick layers or four thin layers. Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
Place banana slices between layers and ice with caramel icing.
