Moc Shu
Moc Shu is an easy dinner. Made with 6 ears corn, 1 whole onion, chopped, 1 whole bell pepper, chopped, 2 tomatoes, cut up and 3 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onion in butter.
Scrape corn off ears in 3 layers. Add remaining ingredients.
Turn fire down low and cook for 2 hours.
Stir often.
You may use 1 can of Ro-Tel tomatoes instead of 2 tomatoes for spicy Moc Shu.
