Mixed Vegetable Casserole
Mixed Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. mixed frozen vegetables, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. grated or shredded cheddar cheese, 1 c. celery, sliced crosswise and 1 large onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook vegetables according to directions on package.
Do not overcook.
Drain and place in greased 2-quart dish.
Mix together the mayonnaise, cheese, celery and onion.
Spread this mixture over top of your vegetables in casserole.
Mix melted oleo and crushed saltines well.
Spread this crumb mixture over top of casserole. Place in a 350Β° oven and cook until golden brown, approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
Do not overcook.
