Mixed Vegetable Casserole
Mixed Vegetable Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 bag mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli and cauliflower), 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/3 c. sour cream, 1 c. cheddar cheese and 1 small can onion rings, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook vegetables until tender; drain.
To veggies, add sour cream, soup, 1/2 cup grated cheese and 1/2 can onion rings.
Cook at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Top with remainder of onion rings.
Bake additional 5 minutes.
