Mixed Vegetable Casserole
Mixed Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook frozen vegetables, celery and onion according to package directions.
Drain.
Add mayonnaise and cheese to veggies and mix. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle crushed crackers over the top.
Drizzle melted butter over the top of the cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 20 to 30 minutes, until crackers are browned.
