Mixed Vegetable Casserole
Mixed Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, 1 c. diced celery, 1 c. minced onion, 1 c. shredded cheese and 1 1/2 stacks ritz crackers, crumbled (can use buttered bread crumbs), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook vegetables according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Mix celery, onion, cheese and mayonnaise and then add cooked and drained vegetables.
Mix together well.
Top with crumbs and drizzle with melted margarine. Bake in a 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
