Mississippi Mud Pie
Mississippi Mud Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 chocolate wafer cookies, 1/4 c. melted butter, 1 to 1 1/2 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened, chocolate fudge sauce and marshmallow cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Food processor or blender, process cookies until crumbly.
Melted butter.
Pat mixture into bottom and sides
9-inch deep dish pie plate.
Spread softened ice cream crust.
Pour a generous amount of fudge sauce and marshmallow cream over ice cream.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Repeat layers: chocolate, ice cream, fudge sauce, marshmallow and nuts.
Least 3 hours.
Remove from freezer for 10 minutes before serving.
