Minute Fudge Icing
Minute Fudge Icing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 oz. baking chocolate, 1/3 c. milk, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 c. sugar and 1/4 c. crisco, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Put all ingredients except vanilla in saucepan.
Stir and bring to boil, full rolling boil, and boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Beat until thick enough to spread.
If it should get too thick, add 1 tablespoon cream.
Makes enough to frost 8-inch square loaf pan.
