Mint Julep Jelly

Combine bourbon, water and sugar in top of double boiler. Place over boiling water.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat.
Add Certo.
Pour into glasses.
Add fresh mint sprig to each glass.
Seal.
Makes 4 to 5 (8-ounce) glasses.
