Minnesota Wild Rice Soup
Minnesota Wild Rice Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. wild rice, 3/4 c. celery, chopped, 3/4 c. flour, 3/4 c. ham, chopped and 3 cans chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Wash rice well and drain.
Cook rice in chicken broth and water for approximately 45 minutes.
While rice is cooking, saute vegetables in margarine until transparent.
