Brush wafers with egg white.
Sprinkle on sesame seed (to resemble hamburger buns).
Ice 12 vanilla wafers with small amount of yellow icing (to resemble mustard).

Assemble two wafers with mint in middle with green coconut (to resemble lettuce).
Makes 12 hamburger cookies.
