Miniature Cream Puffs
Miniature Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 4 eggs, 1 c. flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put water and butter in saucepan and bring to boil, melting butter.
Take pan off stove and add flour and salt and stir until dough forms a ball.
One at a time until well blended.
Spoon by heaping teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. until puffed up and browned.
Do not underbake, as they will fall.
Fill with chicken salad, ham salad or pudding.
