Miniature Cheese Cakes
Miniature Cheese Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 24 vanilla wafers, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Line cupcake pans with 24 cupcake liners.
Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of each liner.
In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Fill the liners 3/4 full with cheese mixture.
Bake in preheated 375Β° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until set.
Top each with spoonful of filling.
Chill.
Serves 24.
