Mini Cheese Blintzes
Mini Cheese Blintzes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature), 1 egg yolk, 1/8 tsp. vanilla, 2 tbsp. sugar and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
In food processor, mix cream cheese, egg yolk, vanilla and 2 tablespoons sugar.
Flatten bread with rolling pin and spread with cream cheese mixture.
Roll up.
Melt butter.
Mix 1 cup sugar and cinnamon in dish.
Roll bread in butter and then in the sugar mixture.
Place on cookie sheet and freeze.
Slice each roll into 3 pieces and bake for 10 minutes at 400Β°.
Serve warm with sour cream for dipping.
