Mini Applesauce Muffins
Mini Applesauce Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. wheat germ, 1 1/4 c. quick cooking or old fashioned oats, 1 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 c. packed brown sugar and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Spray 36 (1 3/4-inch) muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In large bowl, mix wheat germ, oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt.
In medium bowl, mix applesauce, corn oil spread, egg substitute and vanilla until blended.
With wooden spoon, stir applesauce mixture into flour just until flour is moistened.
